Whether you are needed a
We establish your needs, wants and get a feel for what you would like to achieve and a budgetary framework for that.
We don’t charge a consultation fee for clients who are considering using our services. If a complete system has to be designed which will go out to tender and requires an independent expert to consult on, advise and design a solution, a few may be charged.
Design
The design of a system will range from something rather simple from a few cameras to an integrated system which can incorporate CCTV, Alarm, Access Control, Security Lighting to backup power for these systems. We offer comprehensive design layouts that help you understand exactly what to expect as well as to ensure the project gets rolled out correctly with no flaws.
Install
This forms the biggest part of our service offering. We are experienced and certified a range of products and solutions including:

Train
Any new system which is installed requires client training from basic operation to basic fault recognition. This is particularly true for Time & Attendance as this is usually the most complex.
Support
With any system that we have supplied (and sometimes even systems we’ve not installed), we’ll support you to understand how best to optimise and operate your system. We offer support (either remotely or via phone) or physically onsite. The support can either be “ad-hoc” or scheduled and or contracted as discussed below in SLA / Standby

Certain Systems are critical to your business or residence and you cannot afford to be without it for a long period of time. For these
24/7 Standby
As with SLAs, your site may have a 24-hour operation or if your system is down may expose you to a serious security risk. In which case you may want to opt-in for our 24/7/365 Standby Facility
Maintain
As with any System installed, it requires maintenance in order to ensure it functions at 100% as well as improves the longevity of its lifespan. With the majority of our systems being of security or safety nature, maintenance of these systems is a critical element of our service offering. Maintenance agreements can be combined with the above Standby / SLA and Support contracts.

Your system may be a bit older or no longer sufficient for your current needs and may require an upgrade. This could mean removal and reinstall of a
